Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following are the Terms on which Envisage IT Broking (Envisage IT) will supply products.

1. Ordering

1.1. Customers may purchase products from Envisage IT by sending a purchase order (order). The Customer will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions (Terms) by sending Envisage IT a purchase order.

1.2. The supply of products by Envisage IT is subject to market conditions which may affect availability from time to time. The Customer will be notified as soon as possible of any event affecting the availability of any product on order.

1.3. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure accuracy of the order.

1.4. The responsibility of technical compatibility and/or fitness for a particular purpose lies with the Customer.

2. Payment

2.1. Taxes, freight, handling and insurance costs are in addition to the purchase price and will be shown separately on Envisage IT invoices.

2.2. The Customer must pay each Envisage IT invoice in full in accordance with agreed credit Terms.

2.3. The Customer must reimburse Envisage IT for any expenses and charges incurred by Envisage IT in attempting to recover from the Customer any overdue amounts, including without limitation, debt collection and legal fees.

3. Order Cancellation

3.1. Orders once placed may not be cancelled without good cause.

3.2. In the event that an order is cancelled by the Customer it is agreed that Envisage IT may charge a 20% cancellation fee.

4. Stock Returns for Credit

4.1. Non-faulty products can only be returned to Envisage IT for credit at Envisage IT’s discretion and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

5. Warranty

5.1.Envisage IT provides a warranty on all equipment. Our standard warranty is 12 months on all used Cisco network hardware equipment. We provide a lifetime warranty on AMC transceivers/SFPs and on all memory. Used Cisco transceivers/SFPs come with a 12 month warranty.

5.2. Faulty goods must be returned to Envisage IT at the Customer’s expense for inspection within the warranty period. We will repair, exchange, or refund the cost of the equipment under warranty as quickly as possible after receipt at our warehouse.

6. Products Software License and Support

6.1. This is a hardware sale only and the Customer is responsible for any software licensing agreements with the original manufacturer. Please refer to Cisco’s own website for their official IOS Transfer and Relicensing Policy.

6.2. The Customer may separately purchase a software license from Envisage IT or other supplier.

7. Risk and Title

7.1. Envisage IT maintains ownership of any delivered products and packaging until all amounts owing on account for supplied products have been paid in full.

8. Indemnity

8.1. Customer indemnifies Envisage IT, its employees, agents and subcontractors against all losses, damages, expenses and costs that any of them may sustain or incur as a result, whether directly or indirectly, of any claim.

8.2. For the purposes of these Terms, "claim" means any claim by any third person for loss or damage to any property, injury to or death of any person or economic loss arising out of or relating to any or all of the products, any delay or failure in supplying the products and these Terms.

9. General

9.1. Both parties acknowledge that Envisage IT will supply products as an independent contractor.

These Terms contain the entire agreement between Envisage IT and Customer in relation to its subject matter.
